I got this SuperPaw Dental Chew and Holder Bundle for my rescue Chihuahua mix, and it has been a great addition to his routine. Finding products that are the right size and enjoyable for a smaller dog can be challenging, but this set has been a nice fit.

All three of my dogs loved these and couldn't get enough of them. My dogs are larger, so I was worried about them destroying the holder, but I was surprised to see they didn't destroy it. It was a little difficult for my wife to push the treats into the holder, she would mostly have to bang it on the counter to get it in. They do go through them really quick, but these are designed for smaller dogs, mine are around 45-65lbs. They do help keep them stimulated for at least 20 minutes. I surprised how chew resistance the toy is and I expect to get a reasonable amount of use from it despite having larger dogs. Overall, the treats look like they are good quality and I think this bundle is a pretty decent value.

First off, our puppy tears through things rather quickly, and it's hard to keep him busy because of it. Once we think a product will challenge him, he gets through it and we're trying to figure out other things to challenge his chewing and puppy brain. I was excited to order these chews and holder and THEY DON'T DISAPPOINT!

FIrst off, I love that the ingredients are healthy for pups and not filled with junk ingredients. Secondly, the holder is made of silicone and already shows signs of wear....but that said, it's challenging for our dog, which is good. The directions show different ways to insert the filler, based on chewing level of your dog. I decided to go full-bore and fully insert it. It was definitely a challenge for our dog and kept him busy. The way the holes are situated in the holder makes it unique as my dog has a few ways to get at the inside.

The only drawback, which is minor (as our house is torn up from this dog anyway and we have to vacuum all the time), is that the chews we insert break apart into tiny pieces and go all over the floor or couch. Not a big thing, but if you like treats to not break a part, then this may stress you out.

For me, I like it. It is a bit pricey, but it lasts almost a month if you use one per day. So it's about $1.50 per chew...fine for me, if it keeps my dog busy.

My 9 pound chiweenie LOVES this toy and the treats that came with it. We got the seaweed flavor which I wasn’t 100% sold on, but he gobbles them right down. The pack comes with 25 treats that are individually wrapped which is great for travel or just generally keeping them at their freshest. The toy with treat inside keeps him busy for about an hour if I let him eat the whole thing. I haven’t noticed any digestive problems from the treats.

I've gotten the chews in the past and I'm glad there's a holder for it. The instructions recommend different strategies for getting your dog used to the treat in the toy. Initially, I stuffed the treat all the way in bc my dog eats things so fast. However, it is better to ease into it according to the instructions or your dog might lose interest (like mine did). Good value though. Lots of treats come in the pack.

These dental chews are a real winner for my big pitbull. We did buy the chew holder along with the dental chews, and that definitely extended the amount of time of enjoyment for my dog. And it also appears that the texture of the booster toy can also help to reduce plaque on her teeth. And since she’s an older girl, I really like that these are supplemented both with antioxidants as well as glucosamine. So they seem designed really for overall health, not just dental health. These aren’t cheap, but the combination of the dental chew along with the rubber holder means your dog will get extensive chew time and there are quite a few in the box. 25 of them to be exact. My girl loves these!

I ordered the medium kit that came with the bone holder for my corgi and he loves it!

The bones themselves don't smell like anything to me, but my corgi is a huge fan. The size of them is perfect and they are easy to install in the matching bone holder, but difficult for him to get out, which serves as a great distraction treat for him.

The blue bone holder seems pretty durable as well, he has chewed some on the outside of it but hasn't really taken any chunks out so far.

I chose the SuperPaw Dog Dental Chew Holder because one of my dogs has a habit of devouring her dental sticks in no time. I was hoping this would slow her down, and it does exactly that.

My dog enjoys puzzle toys, so this chew holder was right up her alley. At first, she seemed a little annoyed that she suddenly had to work for her dental chew instead of eating it immediately, but she quickly figured it out and didn't seem to mind the extra challenge.

One feature I really appreciate is that you're not limited to proprietary dental chews. The holder works well with other appropriately sized treats, making it much more versatile than products that require brand-specific refills.

For my current dog, this holder is a great fit. However, I don't think it would have survived my previous dog, who was an aggressive chewer. She likely would have grabbed onto the openings with her teeth and done her best to tear it apart. If your dog is a power chewer that likes to destroy toys, that's something to keep in mind.

Overall, this is an effective way to make dental chews last longer while adding a little mental enrichment. For dogs that enjoy solving simple puzzles and aren't destructive chewers, it's a worthwhile product.

I’m on the fence about this dog toy and chew combo. I love how much my dog loves this - and how it keeps him busy for ages, as it’s tough to get the chew out of the toy. It keeps him entertained and happy, and that’s what I look for when I get these types of toys for my dog! He’s a 62 lb pittie, and the size of these toy itself is fine for him. The chews are also a good size, and he really seems to like them.
That said, the toy itself is made from rubber, and it really isn’t going to last more than a week or so in our household (he’s had two chews so far and has already bitten pieces of the rubber off). If it were a little more sturdy then it would last longer and be more cost effective in my opinion. I know that this is marketed towards smaller dogs, but a 30lb dog can also have a strong chew reflex, and this won’t last with that.
It is very easy to clean (you can literally put it in the dishwasher if you want), and safe enough for any dog to use, until they start biting the rubber off. I think it’s best to remove the toy once they have eaten the treat.

My Iggy went absolutely crazy for this dental chew and holder set. As soon as she smelled the banana chew, she was completely focused on it, and the holder kept her busy for a surprisingly long time instead of letting her finish the treat within a few minutes.

The holder feels sturdy and did a good job keeping the chew secure while still allowing her to work at it. I also like that the chew can be positioned at different depths depending on how difficult you want to make it. Remy is a determined little chewer, and this gave her both a treat and something mentally engaging to do.

The banana chews seem to be a big hit flavor-wise, although they do have a noticeable smell. I cannot personally judge the dental benefits yet, but the textured chew and extended chewing time seem more useful than a treat she would simply swallow quickly.

My biggest hesitation is the price. At around $45, this bundle feels expensive for one holder and a box of dental chews. That said, it kept my Iggy happy and occupied for quite a while, and anything that gives my pup that much enjoyment is still a win in our house. I like the product quite a bit -- I just wish it were more affordable.
